1. The personal data you have provided will be controlled by ARPI Aviation Poland Sp. z o.o., employment agency entered in the Register of the Head of the Mazowieckie Province under number 9807, with its registered office in Warsaw, postal-code: 02-952, in compliance with the job advertisement or any other information made available to candidates before they send an application (hereinafter Controller or Company). moreless
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of a recruitment process involving prospective employers in order to evaluate your professional qualifications, select a good candidate for a given position, send commercial information related to ongoing recruitment via electronic mail to the email address you have provided and use telecommunications terminal equipment by the Controller for direct marketing, i.e. sending information related to ongoing recruitment to the electronic mail you have provided.
3. We process the personal data you have provided in your job application (e.g. in your CV, cover letter, application form); in particular, we may process the following personal data: name, date of birth, contact details (e.g. email, phone number, address of residence), information about your education and work
experience as well as your image (if your application documents contain your photo).
4. Your personal data are processed under various legal bases, depending on its purpose:
a) Personal data identified in statutory provisions e.g. name; names of parents; date of birth; address of residence (correspondence address); education; previous employment, are processed to fulfill our legal obligation (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR);
b) Additional personal data not specified in other statutory provisions, transferred with recruitment documents (such as CV, cover letter, recruitment form), are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). If you consent to and participate in aptitude tests, we also process information concerning your knowledge, skills and personality traits (such as information on your language skills or aptitudes for a specific position);
c) We process your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes for and upon request of prospective employers on the basis of the consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) that you give by ticking an appropriate checkbox at the bottom of the application form;
d) Your data collected during a job interview will be processed in order to check your skills and aptitudes, as necessary to evaluate whether you are a good candidate for a specific position. The data will be processed on the grounds that such action represents legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR);
e) Your data collected during the recruitment process will made available to prospective employers who requested the requirement on the basis of the consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) that you give by ticking an appropriate checkbox at the bottom of the application form;
f) Your data collected during the recruitment process will be transferred to ARPI Aviation AS (ARPI Aviation AS) with its registered office in Norway, Rådmann Halmrastsvei 12, 1337 Sandvika, in order to support the recruitment process on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Company (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Legitimate interests comprise use of means and resources of the aforementioned entities to streamline and speed up the recruitment process;
g) The personal data obtained during professional skills tests (if carried out during the recruitment) are processed on the basis of the consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) that you give prior to each such test;
h) The personal data are collected in order to send you commercial information concerning ongoing recruitment and are processed on the basis of the consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) that you give by ticking an appropriate checkbox at the bottom of the application form.
5. The recipients of your personal data (within the legal framework set out in Paragraph 4 of this Notice) are as follows:
a) authorized employees of the Company;
b) entities providing services for the Company, in particular IT services;
c) provider of the IT system that you use to send your application to the Company;
d) prospective employer who requested the recruitment;
e) ARPI Aviation AS, so as to support the recruitment;
This will not breach the obligations set forth by law in force, including the non-disclosure obligation and obligations with respect to specific activities.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the following periods: with respect to the current recruitment process: 12 months following the closure of the recruitment process; with respect to future recruitment: for the maximum period of 2 years following the date of their provision or the date when you were last contacted,
whichever occurs later; with respect to the data processed in order to send commercial information for the maximum period of 2 years following the date of their provision or the date when you were last contacted, whichever occurs later (unless you withdraw at least one of the aforementioned consents before it occurs).
In case of personal data processing for the purpose of recruitment on the basis of a consent, the processing periods may be shortened if the consent is withdrawn, and in case of processing on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller if an objection to such processing is made.
In case of any disputes between you and the Company or another company being part of the ARPI Group, your personal data will be processed to seek or defend ourselves against claims for the period of 3 years after the recruitment process is completed. In certain cases prescribed by law we may process your data for more than 3 years.
7. You have the right to seek access to the data, rectify, remove, object to or transfer them (if the processing is automatic and based on a consent) or restrict their processing.
8. You may withdraw the consents you have given at any time. The withdrawal of a consent is effective only in the future and does not affect the compliance with law of any processing that has already been carried out.
9. You have the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data are processed contrary to the GDPR.
10. The data are given freely and to the extent they are not required under any statutory provision. If you do not provide the data, you will not be able to participate in the recruitment process.
11. In order to carry out effective recruitment processes and select candidates best suited for a specific position, we may follow procedures based on profiling. Profiling involves assessing relevant features of candidates during the selection process for a specific position, in particular their skills, professional aptitudes and other. Under no circumstances does our evaluation lead to automatic decision-making with respect to your participation in the recruitment or recruitment results. The evaluation serves only as a basis to make specific decisions concerning the candidate in a given recruitment process, in particular to evaluate your qualifications, competence, skills and aptitudes for a given positions in an objective and quantified manner.
Profiling is used in the following cases:
a) carrying out aptitude tests: to evaluate your qualifications, competence, skills and aptitudes. The assessment is based on test results which along with profiling are carried out on the basis of your consent (legal basis: Article 6.1.a of the GDPR);
b) analyzing candidates in an IT system: to assess qualifications, skills and work experience of candidates with respect to a specific position by way of various search filters. The assessment makes use of information that you provided in application documents (such as CV, application form). The legal basis for this scope is Article 6.1.f of the GDPR – our legitimate interests covering searching and grouping candidates who are best suited for a specific position.

I agree that my personal data provided by me be processed by ARPI Aviation Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Wiertnicza 165, 02-952 Warszawa, for the purpose of future recruitment processes for prospective employers according to the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (EU Journal of Laws L 119 of 4.5.2016). I represent that I have been informed that I may give my personal data freely and that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and such withdrawal will be deemed as my resignation from any further participation in recruitment processes carried out by the Controller.
